Advantages of Commercial and Domestic SKIP HIRE

If you have enough space to park a skip it is ideal for messy or heavy waste created over a number of days. For example, home improvement waste, property clearance waste removal or garden renovation waste removal. The waste or rubbish is easily collated, stored along the way and keeps your driveway or garden clear of rubbish whilst you work. All nice and ready for waste collection at the end of the skip hire period.

Unlike a man & a van rubbish clearance (who arrives at a given time and waits to fill the van) time and load weight are almost never an issue with our skip hire. No need to worry about a vehicle being overloaded or not enough space in the van on collection day! T M Skip Hire offers a wide range of DIFFERENT SKIPS for hire. Depending on the amount of waste that you have and how long you need the skip for we can help.

PLEASE NOTE:

Skips must be level loaded or additional charges will apply

£50 extra per week after the first 14 day period

Payment must be made within 5 days of collection

Any Mattresses placed in the skip will incur an extra charge

No Fridges, Asbestos, Plasterboard or Gas Bottles can be placed in the skip

SKIP LICENCES (Road Permits) You will need a permit from the Local Council if your skip is to be placed on a public highway or land owned by the council. We can arrange these for you at £60 per permit.

Permits can take 3 working days to clear, so this needs to be requested about a week before skip delivery.

Permits last for 14 days – renewals cost an additional £60

Most councils do not allow skips larger than 8 yards to be place on public highway.

Our 2 Yard Skip is a great value smaller skip, convenient and suitable for both domestic and business use. Economically priced for smaller amounts of waste and is very popular for garden clearances.

4 yard Skip - £190.00

The 4 yard skip is the perfect size for business and domestic customers. Being slightly larger it has become our most popular choice for customers wanting a skip for renovation projects and partial house clearances.

6 yard Skip - £240.00

Our 6 yard skip is often called a ‘small’ builder’s skip. It is useful for larger building projects and general refurbishment projects. With our domestic customers it has become a very popular option for larger house clearances & larger garden clearances.

8 yard Skip - £280.00

The larger 8 yard skip is an enclosed skip often used for building projects. It is also ideal for larger garden landscaping projects or extensive total property clearance suitable for bigger houses.

10 yard Skip - £340

10 yd is suitable for most major projects. It has a low level lip at the back end allowing for easy access and its high sides making it ideal for bulky items.

12 yard Skip - £400.00

Maxi Skip – Our 12 Yard skip is perfect for industrial and commercial use. We recommend this one for major projects. Large or Bulky items fit particulaly well due to the fact it has high sides!
