The waste or rubbish is easily collated, stored along the way and keeps your driveway or garden clear of rubbish whilst you work. The size you need depends on the amount of rubbish you have and how much available space you have to park the skip. The larger the size of skip you hire will be cheaper per cubic yard of waste removed. One large 8 yd skip is cheaper than two 4yd ones!
Make sure you have enough waste to fill it, otherwise, you’ll end up paying for thin air. Also, bear in mind most councils do not allow skips larger than 8 yards to be placed on a public highway.
